LCM Labour Ltd and HIVE360

Together, LCM Labour Ltd. and HIVE360 Support Services Ltd. provide payroll and employment outsourcing expertise.

We handle payroll since it’s in our DNA, freeing you up to focus on providing excellent customer service and acquiring and holding onto new business.

We kindly extend an open invitation to you to visit our facilities, and we strongly encourage all of our clients to do so in order to get to know the people at both the HIVE360 Support Centre and the LCM offices.

We have a number of support departments on-site in Birmingham, including payroll, pensions, sales, engagement, marketing, and compliance.

About Our Services

All workers will be employed by LCM Labour Ltd, who will handle paying wages, issuing pay slips, enrolling employees in pension schemes and processing statutory payments (including holiday pay and SSP/SMP). We also assume responsibility for handling any attachment of earnings.

As part of the agreement, HIVE360 is contracted by LCM Labour Ltd to handle back-office support and all things app related.

No. Any services provided by us will never be charged to employees. To put it plainly, we think that all workers, regardless of income level, should have access to financial, physical, and mental benefits.

As the employer, this becomes our responsibility. Workers are paid under our PAYE reference and we submit RTI, FPS and EPS reports to HMRC as well as P32’s and P45’s.

We also charge VAT on all invoices for providing a supply of labour.

Holiday pay calculations and payments will be handled by us.

Employee inquiries should decrease because our Employee Engagement App gives them access to both past and current pay slips, as well as information about holiday accrual information and pension information.

As we will become the employer, this creates a sub-contract arrangement within the supply chain. To determine whether more research is necessary or whether any clauses need to be adjusted, you should review your terms of business with your clients. We are happy to provide further assistance if required.

Furthermore, “PAYE at Source” is a term that many clients use to describe payroll requirements. We use PAYE at Source for all of our payroll operations.

Before we work with a new client, we will provide our independent auditor instructions to carry out a short pre-supply audit. This is done to protect both yourself and us, as well as to make sure that all of your daily operations comply with the latest statutory requirements.

Our auditor is an ex-GLAA inspector and an accredited lead auditor with a wealth of experience.

During this time, it is a great opportunity for you to ask questions, discuss best practice and obtain consultation on any areas that may assist your business processes. This is totally free of charge.

We must be the employer in order to offer all benefits to employees, including the pension.

The worker will need to sign a Contract for Services or a Contract of Employment with LCM Labour Ltd.

The Apprenticeship Levy is an itemised charge on your invoice that you must pay.

This is because, since we manage several payrolls and are always the worker’s employer, HMRC concludes that we are one consolidated payroll and therefore neither the Employers’ National Insurance nor the Apprenticeship Levy thresholds apply.

At the end of each month, you will only notice a single monthly payment from App Levy since it is recharged based on the previous month’s P32.

It is mandatory for employers to provide workplace pensions to all employees.

We have Options, a designated auto-enrolment pension provider, who has been approved by the Pensions Regulator.

TAM Asset Management Limited, a designated investment house, manages all pension contributions.

Our services are centred around compliance, and we take great satisfaction in making sure that we remain compliant by the standards set forth by all external groups.

Our payroll software has built-in compliance features that allow us to identify any possible concerns and give you exception reports. These features include indicators of Modern Slavery Awareness, violations of the NMW, and working time directive violations.

PAYE – You will be provided with a screenshot of our HMRC portal which shows all payments have been made.

VAT – You will be given a schedule of what invoices have been included in the quarters return. You will also receive a screenshot showing that our quarters VAT has been paid.
