Compliance & Reporting

Partner agencies each receive a quarterly tax compliance pack. This includes:

  • the declaration of VAT compliance,
  • details of invoices,
  • details of VAT returns,
  • a screenshot of LCM Labour Ltd.’s VAT account; this shows payment is up to date, the live VAT Certificate, PAYE returns and proof of payment, ad-hoc payroll exception reports for any possible breaches of working time directive, National Minimum Wage, or Modern Slavery awareness.

As the employer of workers, LCM Labour Ltd conducts onboarding audits, quarterly visits, annual face-to-face individual worker welfare interviews, worker welfare surveys, and an annual compliance audit, including a visit to the end user client.

What documentation will workers receive from LCM Labour Ltd?

Only LCM Labour Ltd documentation and partner agency documentation approved by LCM Labour Ltd during the onboarding audit are issued to workers.

This comprehensive suite of documents and information from LCM Labour Ltd contains:

  • Key Information Document (specifying that LCM Labour is the employer),
  • LCM Labour Contract for Services,
  • LCM Labour Worker Handbook,
  • Welcome letter to LCM with details about the LCM Labour Rewards App.

What are partner agencies responsible for?

As a partner agency of LCM Labour Ltd, recruitment agencies retain and maintain the day-to-day functions as the work finder, including but not limited to:

  • Registration of workers,
  • Background checks,
  • Right to work checks,
  • Placement of workers into assignment,
  • Issuing of assignment details,
  • Dealing with the end clients and completion of timesheets.

All these documents are subject to checks by LCM Labour Ltd during the onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes and activities, to ensure each function is carried out in a compliant manner.

Partner agencies have responsibility for dealing with the end clients, alongside ensuring that the health & safety of LCM Labour Ltd workers has been fully assessed.
